Good evening everyone,

As per tonight's meeting, we have voted to strongly recommend that all Clubs within Elizabeth and Districts Junior Soccer Association suspend all activities for 14 days. We therefore stongly urge all Clubs to consider the health and well being of their players, members, and all volunteers. We recommend all training and friendly pre-season matches are placed on hold until further notice.

To this end we will not be holding the Council of Clubs meeting on March 30, or the upcoming Coaching Course or Modified Rules Referees courses.

The E&DJSA Executive will meet again March 30 instead and decide then on the current situation and latest Government Guidelines at the time.

Before our season commences, we will be holding another meeting to vote on the upcoming season. Unfortunately no one can guess what will occur during the next 14 days, or what will be recommended during that time from Health Officials and the Governments. When we have a clearer idea of what will occur within the state, we can make an informed decision.
