“There are currently only six people on the Elizabeth and Districts Referees Association (E.D.R.A.) waiting list for the 2023 football (soccer) season.

The above number is well below the number usually on the list for each season and it is at present likely that there will be more members not returning for the 2023 season than want to join E.D.R.A. so overall the number of referees will reduce from what was, last season, a membership total that was much lower than that it had been in more recent seasons.

In order to be able to cover all the games in the E. & D.J.S.A. competition for next season it is vital that more people join E.D.R.A.

The E.D.R.A. waiting list is normally closed by now, however, due to the above very low numbers who currently wish to join E.D.R.A. the time to apply to join will be extended.
